Salomon manages the Project Managers, the crew members and conducts most estimates
and writes all contracts. All purchasing is done by the owner to keep costs down
and maximize discounts on material purchases. Don served honorably in the Army
and Contracting Team has been set up like a military chain-of-command.
Every contract involving multiple trades is assigned to a Project
Manager to manage. The PM is in charge of scheduling and communication with all
parties. It is the role of the PM to make sure the project is done efficiently,
quickly and correctly.
Each licensed contractor carries their own specific licensing and
insurance. We carefully selected those contractors who physically do the work,
have an outstanding track record and agree to special wholesale pricing.
We have several full-time workers who perform drywall, painting,
carpentry and a dozen generalist trades.
